Reading for an upcoming presentation on your work on Gender and Ethnicity (2004). Really enjoyed reading your article and learning about the intersectionalities between gender and ethnic identities. How quotes/reservation systems are not always favourably looked at by other groups in a polity. Just wanted to thank you for the amazing work you do. 🙂
